Your Passivhaus Build
When we say Everhaus brings ‘everything’ we mean, everything:
- Passivhaus standard floorslab.
- Passivhaus standard wall system. Precision engineered thermally strengthened light gauge steel panels (structurally insulated steel panel system).
- Passivhaus standard exterior wind/breather membrane finished in render, cladding, brick slip or metal.
- Passivhaus interior airtight membrane including air test to validate passive standards of airtightness.
- Intermediate floor with metal joists for ducting and cabling.
- LGS Metal Deck intermediate floor.
- Interior light gauge steel walls.
- Concrete intermediate floor screed.
- Doors and windows – precision-fit triple glazed Aluclad/aluminium windows including bi-fold and tilt and slide integration. Available in a range of colours, inward and outward opening.
The Everhaus kit also includes ‘us’; all the expertise, experience, and guidance you’ll need:
- Design expertise with full design and planning, or collaborative assistance.
- Project management and quality control of UK-based panel manufacturing.
